Bybit to list Hamster Kombat token on September 26
Bybit, the second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and market share, has announced it will list the highly anticipated HMSTR tokens on its platform starting September 26.
The endorsement and upcoming listing by Bybit have enhanced the credibility of the Hamster Kombat project and boosted the enthusiasm of over 300 million participants in the project’s airdrop campaign.
Bybit’s listing will improve the token’s visibility and liquidity, creating new opportunities for traders and investors to engage with Hamster Kombat.
Bybit and Hamster Kombat
Bybit’s decision to list Hamster Kombat is significant, as the exchange is a leading player with over 43 million registered users from 160 countries.
Hamster Kombat, a Ton-powered tap-to-earn game hosted on Telegram, is conducting what is arguably the largest airdrop in the crypto space, with over 300 million participants, according to official figures.
The listing of HMSTR tokens has generated excitement among the community, especially after previous delays. The Hamster Kombat team explained that the delays in both the listing and the airdrop campaign were due to the unexpectedly large user base that the project attracted upon launch.
Bybit, which handles around $18 billion in daily trading volume, provides significant market exposure for Hamster Kombat traders and investors.
OKX also to List HMSTR Tokens
OKX, another major centralized crypto exchange, has also announced plans to list Hamster Kombat tokens on September 26, the same day as Bybit. This day coincides with the scheduled airdrop event of the Hamster Kombat token.
Hamster Kombat’s Community
Hamster Kombat boasts one of the largest communities in the tap-to-earn crypto sector. The project, inspired by Notcoin and Tapswap, has attracted over 300 million players globally, alongside a strong social media presence, including 12.6 million users on X (formerly Twitter) and 35.5 million YouTube subscribers.
Despite its popularity, the project has faced challenges. In Iran, authorities have criticized Hamster Kombat, claiming it was created to distract voters during the presidential elections.
The team behind Hamster Kombat plans to allocate 60% of the total $HMSTR token supply to the community.
What to Know
Hamster Kombat is a tap-to-earn Telegram-based crypto project supported by The Open Network (TON) blockchain. Initially scheduled for July, the airdrop event was postponed to September due to the overwhelming size of the community and distribution challenges.
Although interest in the project remains strong, particularly in Nigeria, some buzz has tapered off due to the repeated delays.
